Jamie and Ian did an amazing job today cleaning up some black mold in my ceiling from a leak. They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. I did not have much mold that needed to be taken care of, but they made sure to clean the entire area well regardless. Because there was so little mold, they did not even charge me. It amazed me that they took such time and effort to help despite not making any money from my call. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for remediation.
They were excellent! Quickly got out to our place the same day the plumber found our water intrusion issue. Ian and Nick did a great job communicating with us and keeping us updated on the timeline. Restorm has done several jobs for me. They restored my crawlspace following a fairly extensive and messy drain pipe leak. The plumber who fixed the leak referred Restorm to me. I later had them back to fix a large defect in the drywall surrounding a replaced washing machine drain exit site and a large lengthy drywall crack in the ceiling of our garage and laundry room. Their employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They responded promptly to our needs. The prices seemed reasonable. I will use them again if and when the need arises.

Mario,the owner of the restoration company Restorm personally came to professionally check my bathroom wall for moisture.The plumber, who had responded to my water leak recommended and called him for me. He inspected the area and did not think I had any problem, but he offered to leave his dehumidifier for several days to be sure.He was happy and pleased to tell me that I did not have a moisture problem, and should not encounter any difficulty in the future with mold. The man that brought the dehumidifier and set it up and took it away, was professional, kind, and prompt, and very friendly. The honesty of this man and his company was very obvious and outstanding to me. I would recommend his company if you ever have need of services he provides.
These guys are great. Mario's team responded immediately to my need for his services. I sustained water damage to my home the night before going out of town. He and his team arrived and cut out drywall and wet carpet pads. They brought in 5 giant air dryers and dehumidifiers with tubes that drained for five days into my shower and sink until everything was completely dried out. They had to move furniture and my piano and put back everything perfectly in their places. Mario and his team are very friendly and professional. I felt taken care of.
